“For the past twenty years, after an MFA in Sculpture, I have been making jewelry that draws from my experience of working with metals as a sculptor, color as a painter, and fibers as a weaver. The emphasis is on contemporary, non-objective sculptural design. Most of my pieces are one-of-a-kind or limited series work in gold and silver wire and sheet, gemstones, and pearls. When creating, my goal is to make a mini-sculpture that can be worn.”
